摘要
瘦素是主要由脂肪细胞合成的一种激素/细胞因子,最初被认为是一种抗肥胖激素,后来证明其在免疫系统、造血系统、生殖系统、神经内分泌系统中起重要作用。越来越多的研究发现,瘦素具有调节固有免疫和适应性免疫的功能,主要起促炎作用。瘦素在调节自身免疫系统中起重要作用,参与自身免疫性疾病的发病过程。系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是最常见的自身免疫性疾病之一,研究发现SLE患者的血清瘦素水平较正常人更高,可能参与疾病的发病和维持。本文就瘦素的功能作用及其对免疫系统的调节功能展开讨论,进而阐述瘦素在SLE发病过程中的研究进展。
Leptin is a hormone/cytokine synthesized mainly by fat cells, which was originally thought to be an anti-obesity hormone, and it was later shown to play an important role in immune system, hematopoietic system, reproductive system, and neuroendocrine system.More and more studies have found that leptin has function of regulating innate immunity and adaptive immunity, which mainly has a pro-inflammatory effect.Leptin plays an important role in regulating autoimmune system, it has been shown to be involved in pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases.Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is one of the most common autoimmune diseases, it has been found that patients with SLE have higher levels of serum leptin than normal people and may be involved in pathogenesis and maintenance of the disease.This article discusses the functional role of leptin and its regulation of immune system, and then elaborates the research progress of leptin in pathogenesis of SLE.
