摘要
目的:观察低浓度盐酸罗哌卡因复合微量舒芬太尼行硬膜外分娩镇痛的效果及安全性。方法:选择2019年6月-2020年8月本院收治的92例初产妇,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组46例。观察组应用盐酸罗哌卡因复合微量舒芬太尼硬膜外分娩镇痛,对照组采用常规分娩方式。比较两组产妇干预前、干预5 min、30 min、1 h、宫口全开(第一产程)、第二产程、第三产程的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)及产程时间和新生儿Apgar评分。结果:观察组干预5 min、30 min、1 h、宫口全开(第一产程)、第二产程与第三产程的VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第一产程时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组第二产程、第三产程时间及新生儿Apgar评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低浓度盐酸罗哌卡因复合微量舒芬太尼能有效降低产妇分娩疼痛程度,缩短第一产程,可促进分娩,改善分娩结局,安全可靠,不影响新生儿Apgar评分。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of low concentration Ropivacaine Hydrochloride combined with microscale Sufentanil used on epidural labor analgesia.Method:A total of 92 cases of pregnant women in our hospital for labor from June 2019 to August 2020,in accordance with the random number table method were divided in two groups,46 cases in each group.The observation group adopted Ropivacaine Hydrochloride combined with microscale Sufentanil for epidural labor analgesia and the control group adopted conventional delivery method.The visual analogue scores(VAS)were compared between two groups before intervention,at the time points of 5 min,30 min,1 h after intervention,and full uterine opening(the first stage of labor),the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor,the duration of labor and Apgar score of newborn were compared.Result:The pregnant women’VAS score at the time points of 5 min,30 min,1 h after intervention,the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the second and third stages of labor and neonatal Apgar score between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low concentration of Ropivacaine Hydrochloride combined with microscale of Sufentanil can effectively reduce the degree of labor pain,shorten the first stage of labor,promote delivery and improve the outcome of delivery.This method is safe and reliable and does not affect the neonatal Apgar score.
