摘要
新一轮科技革命与产业变革正在加快全球数字化转型进程,将对劳动力市场形成深远且复杂的影响。青年科技人才是数字化转型背景下实现创新驱动经济高质量发展的关键要素,如何培养数字素养、增强数字技能是亟待探讨的重要议题。德国在青年科技人才的数字教育和培训领域拥有丰富经验,提出了数字素养框架以及人才培育优化策略,为我国完善青年科技人才培养机制提供了启示。
The new trend of technological revolution and industrial transformation is accelerating the global digital transformation process,which has a profound and complex impact on the labor market.Young scientific and technological talents are a key element for achieving innovation-driven high-quality economic development under the background of digital transformation.How to cultivate digital quality and enhance digital skills is an important topic that requires further discussion.Germany has rich experience in the field of digital education and training for young S&T talents,and has proposed a framework of digital quality and optimization strategies for higher education and vocational education,which provides enlightenment for China to improve the training mechanism.
