摘要
在激烈的市场竞争中,企业的品牌包装作用日益突出,不管是实物包装还是概念包装,都会对烘焙食品的销售产生影响,为了使品牌包装设计充分推动烘焙食品品牌发展,研究烘焙食品品牌包装设计在食品行业的发展趋势具有重要意义。介绍了食品包装设计发展历程,引出品牌包装设计原则,包括便利性、美观性、安全性、环保性以及经济性原则,在此基础上,成功分析包括品牌包装设计的作用以及品牌包装设计元素对烘焙食品营销的影响等食品烘焙领域中品牌包装设计的发展趋势。以上研究,为包括食品烘焙领域在内的食品行业如何进行品牌包装设计带来一定帮助。
In the fierce market competition, the role of brand packaging of enterprises is increasingly prominent. Both physical packaging and conceptual packaging will have an impact on the sales of baked food. In order to make the brand packaging design fully promote the development of baking food brand, it is of great significance to study the development trend of brand packaging design of baked food in the food industry. This paper introduces the development process of food packaging design, and introduces the principles of brand packaging design, including convenience, aesthetics, safety, environmental protection and economy. On this basis, it successfully analyzes the development trend of brand packaging design in the field of food baking, including the role of brand packaging design and the influence of brand packaging design elements on baking food marketing. Through the above research, it will bring some help to the food industry, including the field of food baking, how to carry out brand packaging design.
