铝合金薄板分体式容框分步橡皮成形新方法 被引量:2

A novel method of stepped rubber forming using separated container for aluminum alloy sheet

摘要 为了降低板料在橡皮成形过程中的回弹,提出了一种新的橡皮成形方法——分体式容框分步橡皮成形法。针对不同角度U型2Al2铝合金薄板弯边工艺,研发了分体式容框分步橡皮成形的实验装置。通过数值模拟和实验分析了在分步橡皮成形中不同的加载路径和进给量对U型件回弹的影响。此外,在相同的垂直位移条件下对分体式容框分步橡皮成形与传统整体式容框一步橡皮成形进行了比较分析。数值模拟和实验结果表明,与传统整体式容框一步成形方法相比,分体式容框分步橡皮成形方法能有效地降低回弹量,并在进给量与回弹的关系中得到了最佳分步橡皮成形的加载路径。 To reduce the springback of sheet metal in rubber forming,a novel rubber forming method called stepped rubber forming using separated container was proposed.Experimental equipment for the stepped rubber forming using separated container was developed for the flanging process of U-shaped 2 A12 aluminum alloy with different angles.The influence of different loading paths and feeding amounts on the springback of U-shaped parts in stepped rubber forming process was analyzed by numerical simulation and experiment.Moreover,the stepped rubber forming using separated container was compared with the traditional one-step rubber forming using integral container at the same vertical displacement.Numerical simulation and experimental results show that the stepped rubber forming using separated container can effectively reduce the springback amount compared with traditional one-step forming method using integral container.The optimal loading path of stepped rubber forming was obtained from the relationship between feeding amount and springback.
