摘要
门诊药房是医院的重要组成部分,也是医院为患者提供药品服务的主要窗口。通过阐述门诊药房中高危药品的定义以及分级管理的目录,分析了门诊药房高危药品管理过程中存在的问题,提出相应的优化措施,旨在为医院门诊药房高危药品的规范化管理提供一定参考。
Outpatient pharmacy is an important part of the hospital,and also the main window for the hospital to provide drug services for patients,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management process of high-alert drugs in outpatient pharmacy,and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures,aiming to provide some reference for the standardized management of high-risk drugs in hospital outpatient pharmacy.
