摘要
加快推进高校“双一流”建设,离不开高水平、专业化和务实型的实验技术队伍。以19所浙江省属本科院校为样本,通过调查提出目前浙江省高校实验技术队伍的主要问题是规模总量不足、人均工作量超负荷、高学历和高职称人数偏少、人员补充机制僵化、职称评审条件设置普适度不够等5个问题。从提高认识、统筹规划、科学设岗、职称评审、考核激励等5个方面给出解决问题的对策,以期推动高校实验技术队伍的可持续发展。
To accelerate the construction of“double first-class”in universities is inseparable from high-level,professional and pragmatic experimental technical team.Taking 19 undergraduate colleges and universities in Zhejiang province as samples,through investigation,the paper puts forward five problems,i.e.,insufficient in scale,overload in per capita workload,low in the number of people with high education and high professional title,rigid in personnel supplement mechanism,and inadequate in the general condition setting of professional title evaluation.In order to promote the sustainable development of the experimental technical team in colleges and universities,this paper proposes solutions to problems from five aspects:awareness raising,overall planning,scientific post setting,professional titles evaluating,assessment and incentives.
