摘要
倾斜摄影测量三维建模技术对预防油库突发性危险监测具有较大作用,但其部分三维模型精度不能满足信息化平台精细模型的需求。本文针对无人机低空倾斜摄影测量在油库模型建模过程中存在的油罐三维模型漏洞、消防栓模型扭曲、油管模型变形等问题,提出一种基于倾斜摄影测量与多源数据融合的三维建模方法。实践表明:该方法能够解决模型漏洞、模型细节粗糙、模型纹理模糊等问题,可为“数字城市”提供信息化平台并得到应用。
The three-dimensional modeling technology of tilt photogrammetry has a great role in preventing sudden danger monitoring of oil depots,but the accuracy of some of its three-dimensional models cannot meet the needs of fine models of information platforms.This article aims at the problems of the tank three-dimensional model loophole,the fire hydrant model distortion,and the tubing model deformation that exist in the process of modeling the low-altitude tilt photogrammetry of the UAV.A three-dimensional modeling method based on the fusion of tilt photogrammetry and multivariate data is proposed.Practice has shown that this method can solve the problems of model loopholes,rough model details,and fuzzy model textures,and provide an information platform for the"digital city"and be applied.
