摘要
目的:分析多角度强化手卫生管理对院内感染发生情况的影响。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年6月200例医院收治住院患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规手卫生管理模式,观察组采取多角度强化手卫生管理模式,比较两组患者住院期间院内感染发生率以及手卫生依从性评分等方面的差异。结果:观察组住院期间院内感染发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手卫生依从性评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多角度强化手卫生管理的应用有助于降低住院患者院内感染发生率,进一步提高患者手卫生意识和手卫生依从性,值得推广使用。
Objective:To analyze the influence of multi-angle hand hygiene management on the incidence of nosocomial infection.Methods:200 hospitalized patients from February 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted the conventional hand hygiene management mode,and the observaion group adopted the multi-angle hand hygiene management mode.The differences in the incidence of nosocomial infection and hand hygiene compliance score were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hand hygiene compliance score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multi-angle hand hygiene management can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in inpatients,and further improve the hand hygiene awareness and hand hygiene compliance of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
