摘要
在大数据环境下,加强警企合作,创建互动共赢、协作发展的警企关系对于公安机关打击违法犯罪和维护国家安全稳定意义重大。目前,警企合作在创新意识、统畴规划及激励保障机制等方面存在问题。为促进警企合作发展,提出了创新思维、统筹建设、建立健全激励保障机制及加强数据共享的建议,探索警企间人力合作、技术合作、数据资源合作及业务管理合作等发展思路和模式,进一步推动警企合作开展,提高公安机关警务效能。
Under the Big Data environment,strengthening police-enterprise cooperation,creating an interactive,win-win and collaborative development of the police-enterprise relationship are of great significance to public security organs in combating crimes and to maintain national security and stability.Currently,police-enterprise cooperation has problems in areas such as awareness of innovation,overall planning,and incentives and guarantees.In order to promote the development of police-enterprise cooperation,we put forward suggestions for innovative thinking,overall planning,establishment and improvement of incentive guarantee mechanisms and strengthening of data sharing,then explore development ideas and models for police-enterprise human,technical,data resource and business management cooperation to promote police-enterprise cooperation further and improve the police efficiency of public security organs.
