摘要
针对因工作状态下液压油温度过高导致的液压油变质、使用寿命降低等问题,设计了一种制冷式变频油冷机,运用AMESim软件,选择合适的仿真元件模块化搭建模型,将各个模块进行整合,运行仿真并对仿真结果分析,根据得到的液压油温度变化曲线,结合实验,验证此制冷式变频油冷机的可行性。
In order to solve the problems such as deterioration of hydraulic oil and decrease of service life caused by too high temperature of hydraulic oil under working condition,a refrigeration type variable frequency oil cooler is designed.By using AMESim software,the appropriate simulation elements are selected to build a model.Each module is integrated,and the simulation results are analyzed.According to the obtained temperature curve of hydraulic oil,combined with experiments,experiments are carried out the feasibility of the variable frequency oil cooler is proved.
