摘要
目的:研究产妇产后盆底功能康复过程中实施系统化康复护理的效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年9月收治产妇80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理;试验组给予系统化康复护理。比较两组产妇产后盆底肌力修复情况、并发症发生率、性生活满意度和护理满意度。结果:试验组产妇产后盆底肌力修复Ⅲ级以上比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产妇并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产妇性生活满意度评分高于对照组,且护理满意度评分也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产妇产后盆底功能康复过程中实施系统化康复护理,可以有效加快产妇产后盆底肌力的修复,提高产妇性生活满意度与护理满意度。
Objective:To study the effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing in the process of postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation.Methods:From January 2019 to September 2020,80 cases of parturients were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing care.The experimental group was given systematic rehabilitation nursing.Postpartum pelvic floor muscle repair,complication rate,sexual satisfaction and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The experimental group maternal postpartum pelvic floor muscle repairⅢmagnitude ratio is significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal complications in the experimental group was lower than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sex life satisfaction score of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was also higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of systematic rehabilitation nursing in the process of postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation can effectively speed up the repair of postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength,improve the satisfaction of sexual life and nursing satisfaction of postpartum women.
