摘要 对高职智能制造专业群“六教合一”的产教融合校企协同育人创新实践展开研究。产教融合校企协同育人是职业教育教学改革中深化校企合作的发展方向,辽宁省能源装备制造高水平专业群建设过程中以立德树人为根本,以产业发展需求为导向,通过教学要素与企业项目相融合、教学过程与生产过程相结合,践行了“六教合一”校企协同育人的人才培养模式。在“六教合一”人才培养模式创新实践的实施过程中,深化了育人机制改革,更好地开展了服务和适应产业需求的人才培养,提升了学生就业质量,发挥了职业院校在产业发展过程中人力资源保障的重要作用。 The research analyzes the integration of innovative practice of the integration of industry and education in the intelligent manufacturing professional group“Combination of Six Teaching Methods”of higher vocational colleges.Integration of industry and education is the development orientation of deepening the cooperation between school and enterprise in vocational education and teaching reform.In the construction of energy equipment manufacturing high-level professional group,Liaoning Province takes strengthening moral educationand cultivating people as the foundation,and practices the talent training mode of school-enterprise cooperative education through the integration of teaching elements and enterprise project,teaching and product process.Talent training model innovative practice deepens the education mechanism reform,better develops the talent training which meets the requirement of service and industry,improves student employment quality,and displays the important human resource guarantee function of professional college in the vocational college.
