摘要
以苯甲醛和丙二腈为起始原料,经Knoevnagel缩合、环氧化、环氧化合物开环等3步反应,合成N-苄氧基-2-氯-2-苯乙酰胺,并对产物进行红外和核磁表征。实验内容与基础有机化学理论知识高度契合。结合产物分子结构的波谱分析,对于培养学生有机化合物多步合成能力和波谱解析能力,具有很好的教学效果。
Using benzaldehyde and malononitrile as starting materials,N-(benzyloxy)-2-chloro-2-phenylacetamide was successfully obtained through a three-steps procedure including Knoevnagel condensation,epoxidation and epoxide ring opening reactions,and the product was characterized by IR and NMR.As a comprehensive organic experiment,the experimental content is quite closely related to the theoretical knowledge points.In combination with the IR and NMR spectroscopy analysis,this experiment improved students’capability of multi-step organic synthesis and spectroscopy analysis.And a good teaching effect could be achieved by the experiment.
