摘要
本文采用EGMA-620W氧氮分析仪,在自动分析条件下,研究加热功率、积分时间、助熔剂、样品量等实验条件对测试结果的影响,确定碳氮化钛粉末最佳的分析条件:加热功率6.5kW,分析时间90s,助熔剂选择锡,称样量在0.01-0.02g之间。在该条件下氧的加标回收率为96.2%-101.2%,氮的加标回收率为98.9%-99.7%,氧的精密度为2.64%,氮的精密度为1.19%,能满足实验要求。
This article used EGMA-620W oxygen and nitrogen analytical instrument,under automatic analysis conditions,investigating the influence of experimental conditions such as heating power,integration time,fluxes,sample weight to the test result,established the following conditions as the best:heating power was 6.5 kw,analysis time was 90s,flux was tin and sample mass should be controlled at 0.01~0.02g.Under this condition,the recovery rate of oxygen was between 96.2%and 101.2%,and that of nitrogen was between 98.9%and 99.7%.The precision of oxygen was about 2.64%,and that of nitrogen was about 1.19%,meeting the experiment requirements.
