摘要
试验探讨饲喂杂交构树对于湖羊瘤胃微生物群落组成的影响。试验选取105只湖羊,随机分为7组,每组15只羊。对照组湖羊饲喂基础日粮,试验组湖羊分别饲喂添加30%、60%、100%杂交构树干料和青贮杂交构树的日粮。结果显示,对照组和试验组瘤胃细菌主要以拟杆菌门和厚壁菌门细菌为主。在添加青贮杂交构树组以及杂交构树干料添加比例达到60%及以上时,厚壁菌门细菌的相对丰度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。采用青贮杂交构树全部替代花生秆以外的试验组拟杆菌门细菌的相对丰度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组拟杆菌门与厚壁菌门的比例均高于对照组。试验表明,日粮中添加杂交构树不会造成湖羊瘤胃微生物紊乱,但是会使得湖羊瘤胃微生物种类组成朝着以降解蛋白质和可溶性碳水化合物进行转变。
The experiment was to evaluate the effect of feeding hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera on the composition of the rumen microbial community of Hu sheep. One hundred and five Hu sheep were randomly divided into seven groups, with 15 sheep in each group. The Hu sheep in control group were fed with basic diet, and the Hu sheep in experimental group were fed with the diet supplemented with 30%, 60%, 100% dry fodder and silage of Broussonetia papyrifera. The results showed that Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes were the most dominant phyla in control group and experimental group. The relative abundance of Firmicutes in the experimental group whose silage hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera was added and the proportion of dry hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera was 60% or more, was significantly lower than that in control group.Except for the experimental group using the silage hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera instead of 100% peanut stalk, the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The proportion of Bacteroidetes/Firmicutes in experimental group was higher than that in control group. The experiment indicates that the addition of Broussonetia papyrifera in diet can’t cause rumen microbial disorder of Hu sheep, but can change the composition of rumen microbial species to degraded protein and soluble carbohydrate.
