葡萄籽提取物对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫机能及肠道菌群的影响 被引量:3

Effect of grape seed extract on growth performance,immune function and intestinal flora of weaned piglets

摘要 试验探讨不同剂量的葡萄籽提取物(GSE)对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫力及肠道菌群的影响。选取21日龄的断奶仔猪150头,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复5头猪。对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,试验1~4组分别在基础日粮中添加40、80、120、160 mg/kg的GSE。预试期1周,正式试验期7周。结果显示,试验2组、3组仔猪末重和平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组仔猪料重比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验1~3组仔猪腹泻率极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。试验2~4组仔猪免疫球蛋白A (IgA)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2组、3组仔猪的免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验1~4组仔猪肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。试验2组、3组仔猪十二指肠和空肠的绒毛高度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2组、3组仔猪空肠隐窝深度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验1~4组仔猪绒隐比极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验2组、3组仔猪回肠的绒毛高度极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验2~3组仔猪绒隐比显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。试验2~4组仔猪盲肠的大肠杆菌数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验1~4组仔猪盲肠乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在断奶仔猪日粮中添加GSE可提高其生长性能、增强免疫力、改善肠道功能,最适添加量为80~120 mg/kg。 The experiment explored the effect of different doses of grape seed extract(GSE) on growth performance,immunity and intestinal flora of weaned piglets. 150 21-day-old weaned piglets were randomly divided into five treatment groups, with six replicates in each group and five pigs in each replicate. The piglets in control group were fed with basal diets, and the experimental 1~4 group was respectively added 40, 80, 120, and 160 mg/kg GSE in basal diet.The pre-feeding period was one week, and the formal trial was seven weeks. The results showed that the final weight and average daily gain of piglets in test 2 group and 3 group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and the feed-to-weight ratio of piglets in test group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The diarrhea rate of piglets in test 1~3 group was extremely lower than that of control group(P<0.01). The content of immunoglobulin A(IgA) in test 2~4 group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and the content of immunoglobulin G(IgG) in test 2, 3 group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in test 1~4 groups were extremely lower than those of control group(P<0.01). The villi height of the duodenum and jejunum in test 2 group and 3 group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The nest depth of test 2~3 group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The villus-tocrypto ratio of test 1~4 group was extremely higher than that of control group(P<0.01). The villus height of the ileum in test 2 group and 3 group was extremely higher than that of control group(P<0.01), the cashmere to hidden ratio of test 2 and 3 group was significantly higher than that of other group(P<0.05). The number of Escherichia coli in cecum of test 2~4 groups was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05), and the number of Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria in test 1~4 groups was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that adding GSE to the diet of weaned piglets can improve their growth performance, enhance immunity, and improve intestinal function. The most appropriate dosage is 80~120 mg/kg.
