饲料添加光合细菌对红螯螯虾幼虾生长、消化酶活力与免疫力的影响 被引量:4

Effect of photosynthetic bacteria on growth,activities of digestive enzyme and immunity of crayfish Cherax quadricarinatus

摘要 试验旨在研究饲料中添加光合细菌(PSB)制剂对红螯螯虾(Cherax quadricarinatus)幼虾生长性能、肝胰腺消化酶和免疫相关酶活力的影响。将360尾红螯螯虾幼虾随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾。各试验分别在红螯螯虾饲料上喷涂不同比例(0%、1%、3%和5%)的光合细菌制剂,试验8周。结果显示,当PSB添加量为3%以上时,螯虾的增重率和特定生长率显著提高(P<0.05)。添加1%、3%、5%的PSB显著提高肝胰腺胰蛋白酶活力(P<0.05)。PSB添加量达到3%以上时,可显著提高肝胰腺的总抗氧化活力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活力(P<0.05)。试验表明,饲料中添加PSB可促进红螯螯虾幼虾的生长,提高蛋白消化活力和抗氧化活力,其适宜添加量为3%。 The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of adding photosynthetic bacteria(PSB) to the feed on the growth performance, hepatopancreas digestive enzymes and immune-related enzyme activities of red crayfish(Cherax quadricarinatus) juvenile shrimp. 360 red crayfish juvenile shrimp were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group and 30 red crayfish juvenile shrimps in each replicate. Different proportions(0%, 1%, 3% and 5%)of photosynthetic bacteria were sprayed on the red crayfish feed for eight weeks. The results showed that when the amount of PSB added was more than 3%, the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of crawfish were significantly increased(P<0.05), the addition of 1%, 3%, 5% PSB significantly increased the activity of hepatopancreas trypsin(P<0.05), when the amount of PSB added reaches more than 3%, it can significantly increase the total antioxidant activity(T-AOC),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activity and alkaline phosphatase(AKP) activity of the hepatopancreas(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that the addition of PSB to feed can promote the growth of red crayfish juveniles, improve protein digestion activity and antioxidant activity, and the appropriate addition amount is 3%.
