摘要
航段作为空域结构基本的构成要素之一,是空中交通必不可少的虚拟路网细分单元,对空中交通流的安全高效地运行有重要的作用。为探讨航段类型及其长度对航空器的活动以及航空器之间相互制约的影响程度,基于交通流仿真,建立了三种航段长度优化模型,并分别从飞行时间、燃油消耗、经济价值、机型特征、飞行冲突、管制员工作负荷等多指标分析优化结果。优化结果表明,随着航段长度的增加,单位航班飞行时间和燃油消耗均呈递减趋势,但两个优化目标不可兼得:仅优化时间时,航班总飞行时间减少2.87%;仅优化燃油消耗时,总燃油消耗降低2.56%;综合优化飞行时间与燃油消耗时,燃油消耗对航路结构的影响最大,此时总成本减少2.53%。
As the basic element of airspace structure, the air route segment is critical and plays an important role in the safety and efficiency of air traffic operation. In order to investigate the correlation between air route length and performance of air traffic operation, an air route structure optimization model was developed based on air traffic flow, and the model then was resolved by genetic algorithm and finally was evaluated using indicators including flight time, fuel consumption, airline costs, aircraft type, flight conflicts, and controller workload. By performing air traffic flow simulation, the correlation between air route length and performance of air traffic operation was studied quantitatively. The results show that the flight time and fuel consumption both decrease with the increase of air route length. However, the two indicators are mutually exclusive: the total flight time will reduce by 2.87% when only considering flight time for optimization, while there was a drop of 2.56% in fuel consumption when only regarding fuel burn. The outcomes of comprehensive optimization show that in that case, the fuel consumption has the greatest influence on airspace structure, and the total costs reduce 2.53%.
