摘要
传统方法在混凝土内衬结构受力试验分析过程中,对内衬混凝土应力峰值、盾构衬砌管片应力峰值和钢绞线应力峰值的计算结果准确性较差,得到的分析结果与实际结果不符,为此提出基于预应力的混凝土内衬结构受力仿真方法,构建了混凝土结构开裂模型。在上述模型的基础上对混凝土内衬结构受力时的预应力损失进行计算,为混凝土内衬结构受力分析提供数据支持。建立混凝土内衬有限元模型,根据获取的数据进行混凝土内衬结构受力分析。仿真结果表明,所提方法可准确计算内衬混凝土应力峰值、盾构衬砌管片应力峰值和钢绞线应力峰值,表明方法的有效性较好。
In the stress test analysis of concrete lining structure, the traditional method has many defects, such as poor peak stresses of lining concrete, shield lining segment and steel strand. Therefore, the simulation method of stress test of concrete lining structure based on prestress was used in this work. First of all, the cracking model of concrete structure was established. Secondly, the model was utilized to calculate the prestress loss when the concrete lining structure was stressed, and then the data support was provided for the stress analysis of the concrete lining structure to establish the finite element model of the concrete lining. Eventually, the stress of concrete lining structure was analyzed in detail with the obtained data. The simulation results show that the method has excellent effectiveness, thus accurately calculating the peak stresses of lining concrete, shield lining segment and steel strand.
