摘要
目的了解深圳市龙华区各级医疗机构医务人员手卫生依从性及卫生质量,以便加强医务人员手卫生管理。方法采用问卷调查和采样检测方法,对深圳市龙华区部分医疗机构医务人员手卫生现状进行调查。结果共调查深圳市龙华区38家不同级别医疗机构,采样132份,手卫生质量平均合格率为91.67%。公立医院、民营医院、社区健康中心和诊所医务人员手卫生指征知晓正确率分别为93.33%、86.00%、85.33%和81.00%,依从率分别为34.75%、40.00%、22.00%和31.25%。结论该区医疗机构的医务人员手卫生质量合格率91%以上,手卫生管理制度落实尚存在差距。
Objective To understand the compliance and quality of hand hygiene of medical staffs in a medical institution,so as to strengthen the management of hand hygiene of medical staff.Methods Questionnaire survey and sampling and testing methods were used to investigate the hand hygiene status of medical staff in some medical institutions in an urban area of Shenzhen.Results A total of 38 medical institutions at different levels in Longhua District of Shenzhen were investigated and 132 specimens were collected.The average qualified rate of hand hygiene quality was 91.67%.The correct rates of awareness of hand hygiene indications for medical staff in public hospitals,private hospitals,community health centres and clinics were 93.33%,86.00%,85.33%and 81.00%,respectively,and the compliance rates were 34.75%,40.00%,22.00%and 31.25%,respectively.Conclusion The qualified rate of hand hygiene quality of medical staff in medical institutions in this urban area is over 91%,and there are still gaps in the implementation of hand hygiene management systems.
