摘要
目的研究乌灵胶囊联合齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法选取我院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的98例精神分裂症患者,按住院先后顺序进行纸条编号并简单排序,随机将其分为研究组及对照组,每组49例。研究组予以乌灵胶囊联合齐拉西酮治疗,对照组则仅予齐拉西酮治疗,两组治疗时间均为2个月。检测两组治疗前、后认知功能、疾病严重程度、神经营养因子及身体各项症状的差异,同时观察两组患者药物不良反应情况。结果经治疗,两组连线试验(trail making test A,TMT-A)呈下降趋势,且研究组较对照组更低(P<0.01);两组瞬背词语流畅性测验(verbal fluency test,VFT)、数字广度测验(digital breadth test,DST)呈上升趋势,且研究组较对照组更高(P<0.01);两组总分、精神病理、阴性症状、阳性症状呈下降趋势,且研究组较对照组更低(P<0.01);两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale,PSQI)、生活质量量表(quality of life scale,SQLS)评分均呈下降趋势,且研究组较对照组更低(P<0.01);两组神经营养因子(neurotrophic factor,NT)-3、神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)呈上升趋势,且研究组较对照组更高(P<0.01);此外,两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊联合齐拉西酮能够有效改善精神分裂症患者精神病性症状及其健康状态,提高患者认知功能及神经营养因子水平,并在一定程度上缓解抗精神病药物所引起的不良反应,安全性较高,可作为优选治疗方案。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Wuling capsules combined with ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 98 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected,and the paper slips were numbered according to the order of hospitalization,and they were simply sorted and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 49 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Wuling capsules combined with ziprasidone,while the control group was treated with ziprasidone only.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The difference of cognitive function,disease severity,neurotrophic factors and body symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment were detected,and the drug toxicity and side effects of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,trail making test A (TMT-A) in the two groups showed a downward trend,and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.01).The verbal fluency test (VFT) and digital breadth test (DST) in the two groups showed an upward trend,and the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.01).The total score,psychopathology,negative symptoms and positive symptoms of the two groups showed a downward trend,and the research group was lower than the control group (P<0.01).The Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA),Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale (PSQI) and quality of life scale (SQLS) scores of the two groups showed a downward trend,and the research group was lower than the control group (P<0.01).The neurotrophic factor(NT)-3,nerve growth factor(NGF) and Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) in the two groups showed an upward trend,and the research group was higher than the control group (P<0.01).In addition,the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not significantly different (P>0.05).Conclusion Wuling capsules combined with ziprasidone can effectively improve the psychiatric symptoms and health status of schizophrenia patients,improve cognitive function and neurotrophic factors,and to some extent alleviate the toxic and side effects caused by antipsychotic drugs.It is safe and can be used as an optimal treatment.
