摘要
为研究某改性双基发射药单螺杆挤压过程,优化螺杆扭矩,以流体压强差为约束条件,对螺杆螺距、外锥度和长径比进行正交试验,采用单因素法研究变量外锥度对发射药挤压流动的影响。结果显示:对压差影响最大的因素为螺杆外锥度,最小的因素为螺距;对扭矩影响最大的因素为螺距,最小的因素为长径比;在扭矩范围内增加成型压力的最佳结构参数为螺距30 mm、外锥度1.8°、长径比10.56。外锥度增大,机头压力变大,温度变化不明显,速度梯度增加。
In order to optimize the screw torque under the constraint condition of the fluid pressure difference,the double based gun propellant extrusion process was studied.The orthogonal test of the screw pitch,the external taper and the aspect ratio was conducted.And a single factor method was used to study the effect of variable external taper on the extrusion flow of propellant.The results show that the most influencing factor on the pressure difference is the external taper,and the least is the screw pitch;the most significant impact on the torque is the pitch and the least is the aspect ratio.Within the range of torque,the best combination of structural parameters can establish the molding pressure is 30 mm of pitch,1.8°of external taper,and 10.56 of aspect ratio.With the increase of external taper,the head pressure increases,the temperature change is not obvious,and the velocity gradient increases.
