摘要
以布鲁克斯、红灯、早大果3个甜樱桃品种为试材,利用人工霜箱模拟春季晚霜降温过程,研究在低温-2~-7℃范围内,不同低温梯度下甜樱桃萌芽期花芽的冻害情况及在-2℃条件下,果枝分别处0、2、4、6 h的花芽冻害程度。结果表明:3个品种在-2℃均已发生冻害,随温度的降低冻害程度呈明显加重趋势;-2℃处理2 h,花芽冻害指数达到2.31%,随着处理时间的延长冻害程度增加迅速。因此,甜樱桃萌芽期一旦外界气温接近-2℃时就需要及时进行防冻处理。
Three sweet cherry cultivars Brooks,Hongdeng and Zaodaguo were used as materials to simulate spring frost damage cooling process using artificial chilling box,and studied the different degree of low temperature influence to freezing injury of bud germination.The results showed that the three cultivars all suffered from freezing injury at-2℃,and the degree of freezing injury increased with the decrease of temperature.The freezing injury index reached 2.31%after treatment at-2℃for 2 h,and with the extension of treatment time,the degree of freezing injury increased rapidly.Therefore,once the outside temperature is close to-2℃in the germination period of sweet cherry,it is necessary to carry out antifreeze measures in time.
