高浓度镨钕料液去除杂质铝的工艺研究(Ⅰ) 被引量:1

Study on Removal Technique of Impurity Aluminum from High-concentration Pr-NdCl Feed Solution (Ⅰ)

摘要 以混合型稀土矿制得的镨钕料液为研究对象,采用环烷酸-异辛醇-磺化煤油作为萃取有机体系,萃取分离高浓度镨钕料液中的非稀土杂质铝,考察了萃取过程中环烷酸浓度、有机皂化度、相比、萃取温度等条件对铝去除率、稀土损失率以及分离系数βAl/RE的影响规律。结果表明,当环烷酸浓度为0.53 mol/L,有机皂化度为50%时,有机相与铝含量小于0.35 g/L的镨钕料液以0.5∶1的相比(O/A)在常温下萃取可将镨钕料液中99%以上的铝萃取分离,稀土损失率3%左右,满足镨钕料液对铝含量的要求。最优工艺条件下的萃取反应分相快,无第三相,不发生乳化,为连续萃取分离镨钕料液中铝的生产工艺提供了基础数据。 Taking Pr-NdCl3 feed solution prepared from mixed rare earth ore as the research object, the extraction of non-RE impurity of aluminum from high concentration Pr-NdCl3 feed solution was carried out with naphthenic acid-isooctanol-sulfonated kerosene as the extraction organic system.The effects of naphthenic acid concentration, organic saponification degree, phase ratio and extraction temperature on aluminum removal rate, rare earth loss rate and separation coefficient βAl/RE were investigated.The results show that when the concentration of naphthenic acid is 0.53 mol/L and the degree of organic saponification is 50%,more than 99% of Al in Pr-NdCl3 feed solution can be extracted and separated under the conditions of room temperature and 0.5∶1 phase ratio of organic phase and Pr-NdCl3 feed solution with Al content less than 0.35 g/L,and the rare earth loss rate is about 3%,which meets the requirement of Pr-NdCl3 feed solution for aluminum content.Under the optimum conditions, the extraction has fast phase disengagement, no third phase and no emulsification, which provides basic data for the production process of continuous extraction and separation of aluminum from Pr-NdCl3 feed solution.
