摘要
目的:分析消化内科单独用药和联合用药出现的不良反应状况。方法:回顾分析我院消化内科在2019年1月—2020年12月间收治的200例用药后均发生不良反应患者的临床资料,分析本组患者的单独用药和联合用药情况。结果:单独用药患者不良反应发生例数共计99例,诱发因素中,用药量过大、抗生素使用不合理占比分别是56.57%(56/99)、43.43%(43/99),联合用药患者不良反应发生例数有101例,其中用药量过大34.65%(35/101)、联合药效拮抗25.74%(26/101)、联合药物抑制18.81%(19/101)、抗生素使用不当13.86%(14/101)、重复性用药6.93%(7/101);单独用药与联合用药患者不良反应发生率之间各项数值比较的x2值分别是9.680、21.457、29.293、20.579、5.206,P值分别是0.002、0.000、0.000、0.000、0.023,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消化内科单独用药与联合用药不良反应严重影响患者安全,临床可以通过加强培训、总结用药经验等措施保证用药安全性。
Objective:To analyze the adverse reactions of single drug use and combined drug use in gastroenterology situation.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 200 patients with adverse reactions after medication in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020,and analysis of the single and combined medication of this group of patients.Results:a total of 99 cases of adverse reactions occurred in patients treated alone.Among the inducing factors,excessive dosage and irrational use of antibiotics accounted for 56.57%(56/99)and 43.43%(43/99)respectively.101 cases of adverse reactions occurred in patients treated with combination drugs,including 34.65%(35/101)excessive dosage,25.74%(26/101)antagonistic effect of combination drugs and 18.81%(19/101)inhibitory effect of combination drugs)86%(14/101)and 6.93%(7/101)of repeated use of antibiotics;The x2 value of the comparison between the incidence of adverse reactions of patients treated alone and in combination was 9.680,21.457,29.293,20.579 and 5.206,and the p values were 0.002,0.000,0.000 and 0.023,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:the adverse reactions of single and combined medication in gastroenterology department seriously affect the safety of patients,and the safety of medication can be ensured by strengthening training and summarizing medication experience.
