摘要
通过对福建省10所高校的教师和学生进行问卷调查,得出高校网球教师胜任力特性模型的基本要素;运用行为事件访谈法对20名福建省高校网球教师进行访谈,并分析访谈结果;通过对优秀绩效组和普通绩效组测试结果的差异性对比,确定高校网球教师胜任力特征模型为4个维度16个指标。即个人特质:爱岗敬业、责任感、关爱学生、自信;自我认知:教学能力、教学反思能力、专业知识与技能、网球专项能力、运动与健康、科研能力、技术动作诊断与纠错能力;成就特征:终身学习意识、成就动机、个人发展;管理特征:组织管理能力、资质认证。
Through a questionnaire survey of teachers and students from 10 colleges and universities in Fujian Province,the basic elements of the competency model for tennis teachers in universities were obtained,and then an analysis was made of the results of an interview of 20 tennis teachers from universities in Fujian Province wherein the behavioral event interview method was.Through a comparison of the test results of the excellent performance group and the ordinary performance group,4 dimensions and 16 indicators were determined for the competency model,that is,personal characteristics including dedication,sense of responsibility,caring for students and self-confidence;self-awareness:teaching ability,teaching reflection ability,professional knowledge and skills,tennis special ability,sports and health,scientific research ability,technical movement diagnosis and error correction ability;achievement characteristics:lifelong learning awareness,achievement motivation,personal development;management characteristics:organizational management ability,qualification certification.
