摘要
基于光反馈级联垂直腔表面发射激光器(VCSELs)混沌偏振复用系统,研究了x偏振光和y偏振光的完全混沌同步对系统参数如横向电场,归一化注入电流、注入时延、光反馈(注入)系数的依赖性。研究结果表明,选取合适横向电场,对于归一化注入电流、光反馈(注入)系数以及注入时延发生的微小的漂移不会影响完全混沌同步的稳定性,并且完全混沌同步随横向电场的变化呈现出准周期性的演变规律。这些研究结果在混沌保密通信系统中完全混沌同步的操控方面有着重要的应用价值。
Based on chaotic polarization multiplexing system of cascaded vertical cavity surface emitting lasers(VCSELs)with optical feedback,the dependence of complete chaos synchronization of x-polarized light and y-polarized light on system parameters such as transverse electric field,normalized injection current,injection delay,and optical feedback(injection)coefficient is studied.The research results show that under the condition of the appropriate transverse electric field,the stability of complete chaotic synchronization will not be affected when the normalized injection current,optical feedback(injection)coefficient,and injection delay are slightly drifted.And the complete chaos synchronization presents a quasi-periodic evolution law with the increase of the transverse electric field.These research results have important application value in the control of complete chaos synchronization in chaotic secure communication system.
