摘要
介绍了薄层色谱和核磁共振技术在乙酰阿魏酸合成综合实验中的应用。在药物化学实验、有机化学实验、药物设计学实验的基础上,学生通过自主查阅文献、自主设计合成路线,运用薄层色谱和核磁共振技术对目标化合物进行表征,不仅激发了学生的实验兴趣,也增强了学生的创新意识,培养了学生独立思考的能力和科研素养,显著提高了制药工程专业综合实验的教学效果。
The application of thin-layer chromatography(TLC)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)in the comprehensive experiment of acetyl ferulic acid synthesis was introduced in this paper.Based on review of relevant literatures,students independently design the synthesis route,TLC and NMR techniques were both introduced to characterized the target compounds.This improvement integrated pharmaceutical chemistry experiment,organic chemistry experiments and drug design,not only stimulated the students' interest in experiment,but also enhanced their innovation consciousness,cultivated their independent thinking ability and scientific literacy,which significantly improved the teaching effect of pharmaceutical engineering experiment.
