摘要
电连接器是汽车线束的重要组成部分,由温升决定的许用电流是电连接器的关键特征之一。文本对一种汽车悬臂梁结构电连接器,分析其中机、电、热的相互关系,并建立了电连接器热学模型,由此得到一种通过电连接器的材料、结构参数直接计算温升与许用电流的计算模型。通过电连接器的温升实验,验证了该计算模型的准确性,结果表明计算模型与实验结果吻合。使用该模型可以预测各参数的变化对电连接器温升的影响,为电连接器的设计与选型提供一定的参考。
The electrical connector is an important part of the automobile wiring harness,and the allowable current determined by the temperature rise is one of the key features of the electrical connector.This paper analyzes the relationship between mechanical,electrical and thermal in the automotive cantilever beam structure electrical connector,and establishes a simplified thermal model of the electrical connector.Also a model for calculating the temperature rise and the current directly through the material and structural parameters of electrical connectors is obtained.Through the temperature rise experiment of the electrical connector,the accuracy of the calculation model is verified,and the result shows that the calculation model is consistent with the experimental results.This model predicts the influence of changes in various parameters on the temperature rise of the electrical connector,and provides a certain reference to the design and selection of the electrical connector.
