摘要
浅埋煤层沿空掘巷窄煤柱宽度是影响煤柱稳定和沿空掘巷围岩稳定的重要因素,是沿空掘巷成功与否的关键。为确定南梁煤矿3-1煤沿空掘巷窄煤柱合理尺寸参数,结合理论分析和数值模拟计算,对不同窄煤柱尺寸留设下的上覆岩层应力变化规律进行了研究,并通过现场工程实践验证了理论分析和数值模拟的可靠性。结果表明,空掘巷应避免布置在3 m范围内的应力急剧增高区,应布置在应力降低区或原岩应力区,窄煤柱及实体煤侧均支护的条件下,在巷道掘进及工作面回采期间,不但煤柱内存在弹性稳定区,且巷道围岩应力叠加效应和变形量也较小,所以根据最小煤炭损失原则,南梁煤矿沿空掘巷合理窄煤柱宽度选择为5 m,有效控制了围岩变形,实现了围岩及支护结构稳定。
Narrow coal pillar width of gob side entry driving in shallow seam is an important factor affecting the stability of coal pillar and surrounding rock,and is the key to the success of gob side entry driving.In order to determine the reasonable size parameters of narrow coal pillar in gob side entry driving of 3-1 coal seam in Nanliang coal mine,combined with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation calculation,the stress variation law of overlying strata with different sizes of narrow coal pillar was studied,and the reliability of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation was verified through field engineering practice.The results show that the gob side entry driving should be arranged in the stress decreasing area or original rock stress area instead of the stress increasing area within 3 m.Under the condition that both narrow coal pillar and solid coal side are supported,not only the elastic stability zone exists in the coal pillar,but also the stress superposition effect and deformation of surrounding rock of the roadway are small.Therefore,according to the principle of minimum coal loss,the reasonable narrow coal pillar width of gob side entry in Nanliang coal mine is 5 m,which can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock and realize the stability of surrounding rock and supporting structure.
