摘要
为使2号煤采区形成有效的生产系统,彻底解决2号煤采区212皮带下山的运输问题和日常行人使用巷道,同煤集团轩岗煤电有限责任公司梨园河煤矿利用锚网索喷联合支护技术设计1706.05 m的工程量进行支护。对2号煤采区212皮带下山掘进工作面厚煤层开采准备巷道的锚杆支护进行组织施工并获得矿压观测的相关资料,合理优化了锚杆支护参数。这项技术的实施有效提高了巷道围岩整体支护强度,彻底解决了2号煤层支护不稳定,安全性差,施工进度慢的问题,改进了支护理念,缩短了巷道掘进工期,解决了212皮带下山的运输问题,提升了工作效率。
In order to form an effective production system in the mining area of No.2 coal seam and thoroughly solve the transportation and pedestrian problems of 212 belt downhill in the mining area of No.2 coal seam,Liyuanhe Coal Mine uses bolt-mesh-cable-shotcrete combined support technology to support 1706.05 m belt downhill.In the process of bolt support of thick coal seam heading face for 212 belt downhill in the mining area of No.2 coal seam,the bolt support parameters are reasonably optimized by analyzing the mine pressure observation data.The application of combined support technology effectively improves the overall support strength of roadway,thoroughly solves the problems of poor support quality and slow construction progress of roadway in No.2 coal seam,and improves the transportation efficiency of 212 belt downhill.
