摘要
事业单位作为优质人才资源聚集地的特点,决定了事业单位人力资源的管理不仅对一个单位的事业发展至关重要,而且对推动整个行业乃至全社会的发展都具有十分重要的意义。随着经济社会的不断发展和近年来事业单位改革的新形势,事业单位同样面临着改革人力资源、改善管理的问题。
