能源是国家现代化建设的命脉资源,世界能源产业发展进入一个剧烈变化的时代。在国际背景下,石河子市如何抓住国家战略性政策机遇,发挥自身区位优势与资源优势,克服面临困难,在当前能源产业形势下,探索出一条符合自身特色的发展路径,是亟待解决的问题。
Energy is the lifeblood resource of national modernization.The development of the world energy industry has entered an era of drastic changes.Under the international background,it is an urgent problem for Shihezi to seize the opportunity of national strategic policy,give full play to its regional and resource advantages,overcome difficulties,and explore a development path in line with its own characteristics under the current situation of the energy industry.
