摘要
规划管理档案工作是国家档案事业的重要组成部分,其对城乡建设和发展有着重要的影响。数字化转型背景下,规划档案的数字化管理已经成为一种主流趋势。但在档案数字化的过程中,档案数字化质量控制方面,依然存在着许多亟待解决的问题。通过分析规划管理档案在数字化过程中存在的问题,不仅可以提高人们对规划管理档案数字化过程中质量控制的重要性的认识,还可为实现规划管理档案数字化过程的规范化控制,提高规划管理档案数字化的效率等目标提供理论支持。本文阐述了规划管理档案及其数字化的必要性,并通过分析数字化管理的整体规划、操作流程、基础条件等方面存在的问题入手,对规划管理档案数字化过程中的质量控制策略进行了探讨。
Planning management records is an important part of national archives,which has an important impact on urban and rural construction and development.Under the background of digital transformation,the digital management of planning archives has become a mainstream trend.However,in the process of file digitization,there are still many problems to be solved.By analyzing the problems existing in the process of digitization of planning management records,we can not only improve people’s understanding of the importance of quality control in the process of digitization of planning management records,but also provide theoretical support for realizing the standardized control of the digitization process of planning management records.This paper expounds the necessity of planning management records and their digitization,and discusses the quality control strategy in the process of planning management records digitization by analyzing the problems existing in the whole planning,operation flow and basic conditions of digital management.
