摘要 矿用通风机主要作用是向井下源源不断输送新鲜空气,因此需要对矿用通风机的状态进行监控控制。以腾晖煤业矿井通风系统改造为研究对象,设计一套智能化的无人值守控制系统。介绍了通风机控制系统总体结构设计方案,从硬件与软件两方面研究了系统的设计与选型。实践表明,该系统实现了对通风机的有效监控,系统测试显示达到了设计目标。 The main role of mine ventilator is to deliver fresh air to the underground continuously,so the status of mine ventilator needs to be monitored and controlled.The transformation of mine ventilation system of Tenghui Coal Industry was taken as the research object,an intelligent unattended control system was designed.The overall structure design scheme of the ventilation fan control system was introduced,and the design and selection of the system were studied from both hardware and software aspects.Practice showed that the system achieved effective monitoring of the ventilation fan,and the system test showed that the design goal was achieved.
