荆州市红光污水处理厂二期数字化设计与实现

摘要 推行污水厂数字化建设,实现污水厂数字化管理,是荆江环境科技有限公司发展过程中实现节约投资、降低成本、优化用工、提高劳动生产率、提高生产安全性的有效手段。荆州市红光污水处理厂二期作为荆江环境科技有限公司下属的污水处理项目,在"数字化管理、市场化服务"的模式下,不断开展技术创新、科技创新、管理创新,致力于建设一座智能化污水处理厂。文章介绍了红光污水厂二期的数字化系统,按照工艺流程和生产管理的要求,用数字化、信息化管理手段,通过仪表、电动执行机构、气动执行机构、远程监控模块(RTU)、冗余光纤环网(RFOR)、SCADA系统、PKS操作系统等技术建立了一套覆盖整个厂区的生产、处理全过程的数字化系统,完成数据采集、过程监视与控制、动态分析,达到过程监控、节约增效、安全生产的目标。 The digitized construction and management of the sewage treatment plant is an effective means to save investment,reduce cost,optimize employment,improve labor productivity and improve production safety in the development stage of Jingjiang Environmental Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.The Jingzhou Hongguang Sewage Treatment Plant Phase II,as a sewage treatment project under Jingzhou Environmental Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.,continues to carry out technological innovation,scientific innovation and management innovation under the mode of"digitized management and market-oriented service,"for the sake of construction of an intelligent sewage treatment plant.This paper introduces the digital system of the second phase of Hongguang Sewage Treatment Plant.According to the requirements of technological process and production management,by means of digital and information management,a set of digital system covering the whole process of production and treatment in the whole plant area is established by means of instrument,electric actuator,pneumatic actuator,remote terminal unit(RTU),redundant fiber optic ring(RFOR)network,SCADA system,PKS operating system and so on,so as to complete data acquisition,process monitoring and control,and dynamic analysis,thus achieving the goal of process monitoring,saving and efficiency,and production safety.
