摘要
为研究斜拉桥钢箱开口加劲板件的初始变形和残余应力等初始缺陷对加劲板件的稳定极限承载能力的影响,结合加劲板件材料本构关系,对不同相对宽厚比系数的开口加劲板件进行了稳定极限承载力的分析,研究了初始变形和残余应力对开口加劲板件稳定承载力的影响,研究结果表明:当相对宽厚比系数R=1时,开口加劲板件的设计对缺陷最为敏感;其整体初始变形幅值从0到L/500变化时,加劲板件的稳定极限承载力的最大差值达24.5%;其残余应力幅值σrc由0变至σY时,加劲板件的稳定极限承载力的变化最大差值达14.3%。
In order to study the effect of the initial deformation and residual stress of the steel box opening stiffening plate of the cable-stayed bridge on the stability ultimate bearing capacity of the stiffening plate,combined with the constitutive relationship of the stiffening plate material,the effect of different relative width to thickness ratio coefficients The stability ultimate bearing capacity of the open stiffened plate was analyzed,and the influence of initial deformation and residual stress on the stable bearing capacity of the open stiffened plate was studied.The research results showed that when the relative width to thickness ratio coefficient R=1,the The design is most sensitive to defects;when the overall initial deformation amplitude changes from 0 to L/500,the maximum difference in the stability ultimate bearing capacity of the stiffened plate reaches 24.5%;when the residual stress amplitude changes from 0 to L/500,the stiffened plate The maximum variation of the stability ultimate bearing capacity of the parts is 14.3%.
