摘要
目的探讨微创经皮锁钉钢板在四肢骨折治疗中的应用效果及其对肢体功能的影响。方法选取汕头市潮阳区大峰医院2018年7月—2020年7月收治的四肢骨折患者85例,随机分为对照组42例,研究组43例。对照组接受常规钢板固定治疗,研究组接受微创经皮锁钉钢板治疗。比较2组手术操作时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间,术前、术后3个月、6个月Fugl-Meyer评分,并比较2组并发症发生率。结果研究组手术操作时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术前2组Fugl-Meyer评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月、6个月研究组Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮锁钉钢板在四肢骨折治疗中的应用效果良好,能有效改善患者肢体功能,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the application effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate in the treatment of limb fracture and its influence on limb function.Methods A total of 85 cases of patients with limb fracture were selected from July 2018 to July 2020 in Chaoyang District Dafeng Hospital of Shantou,which were randomly divided into control group(42 cases)and study group(43 cases).The control group received conventional plate fixation,and the study group received minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate.The operation time,fracture healing time,hospital stay,Fugl Meyer score before operation,3 months and 6 months after operation,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,fracture healing time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Fugl Meyer score between the two groups before operation(P>0.05);the Fugl Meyer score of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 3 and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate in the treatment of limb fractures has good effect,it can effectively improve the limb function of patients,and with high safety.
