摘要
目的分析全面护理干预对神经外科术后患者的临床效果。方法选取高唐县人民医院2019年3月-2020年3月接受神经外科手术治疗的150例患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各75例。研究组术后给予全面护理干预,对照组术后给予常规护理。分析两组患者的运动能力、日常生活能力、并发症发生情况。结果研究组护理满意率为97.33%,高于对照组的88.00%;研究组Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel评分分别为(60.38±9.46)、(89.67±12.34)分,高于对照组的(41.02±6.34)、(74.61±10.38)分;研究组并发症发生率为1.33%,低于对照组的9.33%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经外科术后患者采取全面护理干预,有利于减少并发症发生率,促进患者运动能力和日常生活能力的恢复,提高患者对护理服务的满意程度,效果较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients after neurosurgery operation. Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,a total of 150 patients underwent neurosurgery treatment in Gaotang County People’s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 75 cases in each group. The patients in the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention after operation,and the patients in the control group received routine nursing after operation. The movement ability, daily life ability and the occurrence condition of complications of the two groups were analyzed. Results The satisfaction rate of the study group was97.33%,higher than 88.00% of the control group;the Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel score of the study group were(60.38 ±9.46)and(89.67 ±12.34)scores respectively,which were higher than those of the control group with(41.02±6.34)and(74.61±10.38)scores;the incidence rate of complication in the study group was 1.33%,which was lower than 9.33% in the control group,and the differences above all were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients after neurosurgery operation was beneficial to reduce the incidence rate of complication,promote the recovery of patients’ motor ability and daily life ability,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services,and the effect was good,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
