摘要
采用盐雾试验、失重法、SEM、EDS和电化学分析等方法,在以模拟沿海工业大气环境(0.2%NaHSO_(3)+5%NaCl以及0.4%Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)+5%NaCl)中,研究了变电站用2A12铝合金材料的加速腐蚀行为。结果表明:2A12铝合金在两种腐蚀性盐雾中均发生明显的局部腐蚀,Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)具有显著的去极化作用,使阴极电流密度升高,腐蚀产物中的AlCl_(3)及硫酸盐等的含量增加;合金表面钝化膜在0.4%Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)+5%NaCl中的稳定性明显降低,腐蚀速率增大,可以取得良好的加速腐蚀效果。
Salt spray experiment, weight loss method, SEM, EDS and electrochemical analysis were used to study the accelerated corrosion behavior of electrician aluminum alloy 2A12 in simulated coastal industrial atmosphere with 0.2% NaHSO_(3)+5% NaCl and 0.4% Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)+5% NaCl as corrosion media. The results show that the electrician aluminum alloy had obvious localized corrosion in the two corrosive salt sprays. Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8) had a significant depolarization effect, so that the cathode current density increased, the content of AlCl_(3) and sulfate in corrosion products increased. The stability of passivation film on the surface of aluminum alloy in 0.4% Na_(2)S_(2)O_(8)+5% NaCl was obviously reduced, the corrosion rate was increased, and a good accelerated corrosion effect could be obtained.
