摘要
为提高落麻纤维综合性能,选用大麻落麻纤维为原料,在常规煮练的基础上添加精练剂S并进行了性能研究。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为精练剂S 1.60 g/L、温度90~95℃、时间45 min;该工艺条件下,煮练处理后的大麻落麻纤维分裂度和白度均得到显著改善。
In order to improve the comprehensive properties of noil,hemp noil fiber was selected as raw material and scouring agent S was added on the basis of conventional scouring.The results showed that the optimum technological conditions were as follows:scouring agent S is 1.60 g/L,temperature is 90~95℃,time is 45 min.Under the technological conditions,the splitting degree and whiteness of hemp noil fiber after scouring treatment were significantly improved.
