摘要
目的探究超敏C反应蛋白、尿蛋白、脑钠肽及脉搏波传导速度对老年人隐匿性高血压的影响。方法于我院选取100例就诊于老年科的患者进行调查分析,所有患者纳入时间段截取自2018年1月至2020年1月,根据患者血压情况进行分组对比,将患者分为普通高血压组(33例)、隐匿性高血压组(34例)、正常血压组(33例),分析其超敏C反应蛋白、尿蛋白、脑钠肽、脉搏波传导速度等各项临床指标的关系情况。结果高血压组、隐匿性高血压组在超敏C反应蛋白、尿蛋白、脑钠肽、脉搏波传导速度均与正常血压组有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论老年隐匿性高血压脉搏波传导速度、脑钠肽、超敏C反应蛋白、尿蛋白均增高,靶器官损害明显。重视隐匿性高血压筛查,建议行血压Holter监测,尤其重视脉搏波传导速度检查结果,尽早控制血压,防治靶器官损害。
Objective To explore the effects of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,urine protein,brain natriuretic peptide and pulse wave velocity on occult hypertension in the elderly.Method In our hospital,100 cases of elderly patients with occult hypertension were selected for investigation and analysis.All patients were included in the time period from January 2018 to January 2020.All patients were differentiated according to the pulse wave velocity of patients.The patients without significant increase in pulse wave conduction were taken as the control group,and the patients with obvious increased pulse wave conduction were taken as the observation group,and 50 patients were included in each group by comparing the data of patients,the relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,urinary protein,brain natriuretic peptide and other indicators was determined.Results The hypersensitivity C-reactive protein,urine protein,brain natriuretic peptide,and pulse wave velocity of the hypertension group and the occult hypertension group were significantly different from those of the normal blood pressure group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pulse wave velocity,brain natriuretic peptide,C-reactive protein,and urinary protein increase in the elderly with occult hypertension,and the target organ damage is obvious.Pay attention to the screening of occult hypertension,suggest blood pressure HOLTER monitoring,especially pay attention to the results of pulse wave velocity test,control blood pressure as soon as possible,and prevent target organ damage.
