摘要
目的分析基于微信平台的健康教育对高龄妊娠期糖尿病产妇的护理效果。方法选择我院2017年10月至2018年10月收治的100例高龄妊娠期糖尿病产妇,将所有患者按照护理方法的不同分为对照组(n=50,采用常规护理)和观察组(n=50,采用基于微信平台的健康教育护理),比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组护理总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的健康教育可有效普及妊娠期糖尿病相关知识,有助于提升高龄妊娠期糖尿病产妇的护理效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of health education based on WeChat platform on the nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus in elderly parturients.Methods A total of 100 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected.According to different nursing methods,all patients were divided into control group(50 cases,received routine nursing)and observation group(50 cases,received health education nursing based on WeChat platform).The nursing effect of the two groups of patients was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of nursing care in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on the WeChat platform can effectively popularize knowledge about gestational diabetes and help improve the nursing effect of elderly women with gestational diabetes.
