摘要
针对航天装备复杂程度高、研制周期长、试验鉴定难度大的现实问题,美军经过多年探索,逐步建立起了一套完整的航天装备试验鉴定体系。文章以美军天基红外系统的试验鉴定工作为研究案例,对其试验鉴定程序、研制鉴定试验、作战鉴定试验等工作进行梳理,以期为中国航天装备试验鉴定工作提供有益借鉴。
In view of the practical problems of high complexity,long development cycle and difficult test and evaluation of space equipment,the US military has gradually established a set of complete space equipment test and evaluation system after years of exploration.This paper takes the test and evaluation work of the US military space-based infrared system as a case study,and sorts out the test and evaluation procedures,development and evaluation tests,operational evaluation tests,etc.,in order to provide a useful reference for the test and evaluation work of China’s space equipment.
