摘要
针对某型铝合金高锁螺母的褪色问题,采用故障树法对其原因进行逐一分析,并通过试验复现。发现这是由于阳极氧化膜的热水封闭效果不好,加上安装过程以丙酮擦洗引起了染料脱附,光照下便缓慢褪色。建议所有染色产品改用镍盐封闭,产品技术规范中增加耐溶剂性试验。
As for the discoloration of a type of aluminum alloy high lock nut,the related causes were analyzed one by one based on a fault tree.Some experiments were conducted to reproduce the failure.It was found that the discoloration of aluminum alloy high lock nut was due to unfavorable sealing effectiveness of anodization film with hot water.The dye desorbed after scrubbing with acetone during installation,leading to slow discoloration of colored anodization film under the sunlight.It is suggested to seal all of the products with nickel salt,and add solvent resistance test to technical specifications.
