绣球果实的形态及石蜡切片解剖结构特征 被引量:1

摘要 以生长170 d的杂交绣球花果实为材料,用体视显微镜观察绣球(Hydrangea macrophylla)果实内部形态及种子在果实中的位置和生活状态,结果表明:果实表面光滑且呈黄绿色圆锥形,果实最外侧是一层排列紧密的表皮细胞,局部表皮细胞木栓化,表皮向内为膨大的果肉薄壁细胞,果肉中分布有维管束,维管束有木质部和韧皮部。内果皮由两层木质化的细胞组成;种子呈细长形,种皮细胞木质化,种子紧挨着内果皮分散排列。 To understand generation and development of hydrangea seed,the 170-day-old hybrid hydrangea fruit as the material was observed with a stereomicroscope regarding its morphology of fruit and seeds,and the longitudinal section structure characteristics of the fruit by conventional paraffin sectioning.The results showed that the surface of the fruit is smooth and yellow-green cone-shaped.From the slice,it can be observed that the outermost layer of the fruit is a layer of tightly arranged epidermal cells.The local epidermal cells are corked and stained reddish brown.The epidermis is inwardly filled with enlarged pulp parenchyma cells.Vascular bundles are distributed in the flesh.The xylem in the tube bundle is dyed red,and the phloem is dyed blue-green.The endocarp is composed of two layers of lignified cells.The seeds are slender,the seed coat cells are lignified and stained bright red,and the seeds were scattered and arranged next to the endocarp.
