资源型城市绿色转型发展研究——以太原市国家森林城市创建为例 被引量:3

摘要 资源型城市绿色转型是我国城市发展进程的重要议题,是资源型城市继续发展将要经历的过程。本文以太原市国家森林城市创建为例,分析了太原市自然地理、自然资源、森林资源、林业产业及太原市在生态建设中的主要问题,提出了构建“大规划”做好顶层设计、打造“大公园”建设生态乡村、注重“大湿地”涵养生态水源、建设“大林网”生态林业格局、创新“大景观”创新修复模式、推进“大课堂”强化科普教育、创建“大品牌”主要路径,采取注重森林营造质量、完善城区绿化工程、保护森林湿地资源、解决生态修复问题、做精林业产业模式、提供生态旅游产品、支撑生态文化发展等7项生态文明举措,以期形成太原创森的典型经验和示范,实现太原市绿色转型发展。 The green transformation of resource-based cities is an important issue in the process of urban development in our country.This article takes the establishment of Taiyuan National Forest City as an example for research on the transformation of resource-based cities.It analyzed the natural geography,social-economic situation,natural resources,human resources and the main problems in Taiyuan's ecological construction.The proposal for the design and planning was developed:an overall plan and overarching design to create a big park framework for an ecological village construction was put forward;big wetland construction for the conservation of water sources;grand forest network for ecological construction orientation;grand landscape for innovative restoration;integrated field class for general science popularization;major brand establishment as main approach of advertisement.To advance the transformation Taiyuan development on an ecological-friendly basis,seven measures designated for ecological civilization were focused on,respectively,forest management quality improvement,urban greening project update,protection of wetland resources,ecological restoration,more accurate forest industrial development model,eco-tourism products provision and development of eco-culture.
