摘要
目的分析关节镜微创技术治疗膝关节骨创伤患者临床疗效及预后分析。方法随机选取该院2019年1月—2020年1月诊治膝关节骨创伤90例患者资料,随机分两组,对照组45例给予常规手术,研究组45例使用关节镜微创技术,对两组临床疗效及预后进行比较。结果研究组临床总有效率93.33%比对照组77.77%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.406,P<0.05);研究组出血量(91.56±5.71)mL、手术切口(4.24±0.25)cm、手术时间(74.70±4.75)min及骨折愈合时间均比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(t=35.024、47.768、10.956、46.394,P<0.05);治疗后研究组生活质量评分为(80.39±16.92)分,明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=4.203,P<0.05)。结论关节镜微创技术治疗膝关节骨创伤,能降低患者出血量,减少患者手术与愈合时间,并提高患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and prognosis of arthroscopic minimally invasive technology in the treatment of knee bone trauma patients.Methods Ramdom selection 90 patients with knee bone trauma diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.45 patients in the control group were given routine surgery,and 45 patients in the study group were treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive technology.The clinical efficacy and prognosis were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 93.33%higher than that of the control group 77.77%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.406,P<0.05);the bleeding volume of the study group was(91.56±5.71)mL,the surgical incision(4.24±0.25)cm,and the operation time(74.70±4.75)min and fracture healing time were better than those of the control group,the difference aften treatment was statistically significant(t=35.024,47.768,10.956,46.394,P<0.05);the quality of life score of the study group after treatment was(80.39±16.92)points,which was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.203,P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic minimally invasive technique for knee joint bone trauma can reduce the amount of bleeding in patients,reduce the time of operation and healing,and improve the quality of life of patients.
