摘要
矿热炉熔分还原可以充分还原低钒转炉渣中的钒进入到铁水中,实现铁水中提钒,通过低钒转炉渣加载含铁料(5~10):1混合共同还原,可以形成较好的熔池,将钒还原至铁水中进行提钒,铁和钒的回收率可达85%和50%,钒的回收率(相比不加载含铁料)可提高一倍,冶炼时间缩短50 min,同时冶炼后产生的废渣含氧化钙达到50%以上,可用于水泥掺合料使用。
Ore furnace melting and reduction can make the reduction of low vanadium slag of vanadium into molten iron,the molten iron of vanadium by low vanadium slag containing iron loading material 5-10:1 co reduction,can form a good weld pool,the reduction of V in molten iron to the vanadium recovery rate of V and Fe up to 85%and 50%,the recovery rate of vanadium can be doubled,smelting time reduced 50min,calcium oxide and smelting slag produced after more than 50%can be used for cement admixture use.
